Assembly Technicians are trained in hand soldering and specialized wire routing and rework. Design staff works closely with assembly personnel during wire routing and circuit termination procedures. Assemblers use Metcal temperature controlled soldering stations for through hole assembly and a EDSYN Hot Air Nitrogen station for rework and removal of sensitive components. Each station has complete ESD control and each assembler wears an ESD smock, wrist straps and shoe guards on the production floor. Customer projects are completed to their spec or print and complete documentation is kept on file for each job. |
